True North is truly luxury

The True North really makes my at-home cold plunge routine feel like luxury at home. Fits in with my patio decor, the chiller keeps the temperature right where I want it, and having the ability to heat up the tub has been very helpful. I can cold plunge in the morning and hot tub at night all in one tub. Would definitely recommend to anyone

I've been cold plunging for a while now and feel great! When my training is at its
peak, my True North tub is the perfect recovery tool to keep my joints feeling
good. Cold plunging has also been a nice way to escape the noise and practice some mindfulness. Daily plunges keep me mentally and physically ready to take on the world. Sometimes I even double dip.

I started off doing 10 seconds at a time. Now I go for over a minute. I love my Scandinavian tub! I plunge every night before bed and has helped with my sleeping!

I added cold plunging to my daily routine. I run on the treadmill, take an infrared sauna, and spend a couple minutes in the cold plunge. I love the energy and the way I feel after. I chose the wood design as it looks great beside my infrared sauna.
